Gregor Hilverkus and Dirk Mühl have in excess of 30 years of combined professional experience in acquiring and developing businesses. We have previously been involved in a large number of investment projects across a variety of industries. We have known each other for more than 20 years and have most recently worked together for 10 years at CVC Capital Partners. We have access to an extensive network of experienced managers, industry experts and financing partners that help us add value to our portfolio companies.

Gregor Hilverkus

Gregor Hilverkus (* 1972) has extensive professional experience in the investment business. Prior to co-founding Legian Investment Partners, Gregor worked for 14 years at CVC Capital Partners, where he focused on equity investments in the German speaking region. Prior to joining CVC, he co-founded ecapella.com, an internet business and worked in the investment banking department of JP Morgan. Gregor holds a master in business administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Koblenz and is married with two children.

Dirk Mühl

Dirk Mühl (* 1970) has 15 years of investment experience. Prior to co-founding Legian Investment Partners, Dirk worked for CVC Capital Partners as well as Warburg Pincus, a growth investor. Dirk serves as Chairman of Delta Dialysepartner, a provider of dialysis services in Germany, which he helped found together with senior executives from the dialysis industry. Dirk holds a master in business administration from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management, Koblenz and is married with two children.
